Calling through your Communication Center

Requesting  North Country Life Flight through your local communication center may be the most expedient  and will enable us to seamlessly integrate the air service with your local EMS system.

 

What you will be ask when  you request air:

Call as  soon as you think air may be needed.   At the time of your request, you will be ask a series of questions, but it isn’t essential that you have the information.  In fact, never delay a request while trying to obtain the following information:

· Name of requesting agency

· Call back telephone number

· The location of the scene and prepared landing zone

· Nature of the incident and  extent of the injuries/illness

· Primary and alternate radio frequencies

· Potential hazards t the scene and/or landing zone
